TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is very important to DARCY D that our customers are happy with our products, we will always ensure to find a quick and easy solution to any problems that may arise. Please see below some guidelines to assist.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Furniture – please allow 4- 6 weeks from date of payment received

Objects – please allow 2-3 weeks from date of payment received

REFUNDS

Our products are made to order; therefore, we cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue, please refer to our Care and Warranty information and get in contact with us to resolve this.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Furniture – we offer a hand delivery service to Gold Coast, Brisbane and Byron Bay customers for $100. Alternatively, pick up can be arranged from our Tweed Heads factory. Please get in contact with us to discuss shipping rates for locations not mentioned above.

Objects – Incense burners are $10 Australia wide shipping. Weed Pots are $25 Australia wide shipping. Pick up from our Tweed Heads factory is available for local customers.

Please note, we take great care in wrapping your product to ensure safe delivery. We do not take any responsibility for breakage and/ or damage during transport.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required for purchases made online for our objects. Furniture requires a 50% deposit prior to production commencing with the remaining balance and shipping/ delivery fees due prior to delivery.

Layby – we want to accommodate all our customers to the best of our ability. Please get in contact to discuss your layby request.
